Transmission system
1. The transmission motor adopts a broadband motor and a frequency converter, and the transmission speed range is relatively wide, which is convenient for customers to have more choices in electroplating production.
2. The tensioning device adopts pulley type and counterweight for tensioning, and the moving frame is equipped with linear bearings.
3. The chain plate type is equipped with steel wheels, and the steel belt type is equipped with steel wheels. Different transmission modes can be selected according to the type of production plate and the cost of use.
Electroplating fixture
1. The clamp adopts double clamping points, and the clamping point is 5-7mm optional.
2. Standard fixtures and anti-plating fixtures, different fixtures can be selected according to the type of production board and the cost of use.
Conductive device
1. The chain plate type is equipped with a high wear resistance conductive carbon brush copper block, a stainless steel conductive wire is installed between the steel plates, a high-density UPE is used for the walking rail, and a red copper flat is used for the conductive circuit rail.
2. The steel belt type is equipped with high wear resistance conductive carbon brush copper block, the walking rail adopts high density UPE, and the conductive circuit rail adopts red copper flat.
Anode lift
1. Each electroplating tank is equipped with a set of automatic anode lifting, which can be automatically lifted according to different heights of the production board.
2. There are two ways to lift the anode, H-shaped guide groove to shield the cathode or two-piece shield, and equipped with a baffle to shield the anode.
3. According to the height of the production board, the computer can input the compensation height, so as to ensure the uniformity of the large and small boards.
Jet system
1. The side spray of the electroplating tank adopts a set of arranged staggered spray design to avoid busy spots of the spray.
2. The spray pump on the side of the electroplating tank uses a frequency converter to adjust the spray flow. The size of the production board and the frequency set by the computer DMS can be adjusted according to the needs of the production board.
Equipment use and maintainability; equipment structure is simple and easy to operate, low failure rate, convenient maintenance, and low operating cost.
Plant requirements: The equipment has good utilization of plant space, small footprint, and more savings in water and electricity consumption.
Production environment: The equipment is fully enclosed and equipped with top exhaust, which has less environmental air pollution and is more environmentally friendly.
