Driving system
The body is made of stainless steel and is not easy to rust. It is equipped with an imported traverse motor Omron sensor for precise positioning. The lifting hook is equipped with a sensor to prevent the flying bus from falling and ensure stable driving.
Hanging basket structure
The design of the hanging basket is convenient for loading the basket with large and small boards. The bottom plate comb of the hanging basket ensures a 3° inclination, which is convenient for quick dripping. Outsourcing special glue for immersion gold or spraying Teflon, it is not easy to deposit gold, saving gold salt consumption.
Vibration device
Use 24V DC brushless low voltage vibration motor to ensure safe production. The vibration motor amplitude can be adjusted according to the aspect ratio. The 485 communication output computer monitors. The motor operating parameters are used for all-round real-time monitoring, real-time fault alarms, and intelligent control.
Swing device
The PCB adopts a new design of climbing type swing, and the FPC adopts a tug-type swing up and down, which is convenient for the effect of the potion on the board.
Heating system

Water saving system
